The optimiSE reduFin package is a collection of software applications for the

1. Monitoring
2. Analysis
3. Optimisation

of (electrical) testing of circuit boards and assembled devices, independently of the test system employed.

 

The reduFin V2 package includes three main applications:

 

reduFin Test Engineering Analysis - statistical Analysis with a variety of analysis possibilities

reduFin Test Optimisation Analysis - analysis of informational contest, test sampling, test time reduction

reduFin Part Average Analysis - analysis of the production quality and process stability

 

Automated Test Floor Synopsis

In conjunction with the optimiSE DataBase an automated Executive Summaryof Test Floor Activities is offered in form of a client solution running onparticular desktop computers. Real-time information on (First Pass) Yield, TesterUsage, etc. is made available without explicity running reduFin.
