The STDF Explorer
The optimiSE STDF Explorer is a desktop-based application for
• the visualisation of log files as defined by the Teradyne STDF V3 and V4 standards,
• the editing of log files w.r.t. to all Field entries,
• the transformation of Continue-on-Fail into Stop-on-Fail log files (COF->SOF)
• the checking of log files w.r.t all or subsets of the STDF V4 standards. There are Mandatory Record and Structural Checks as well as Field Value Checks.

Visualisation
• examine files up to 4 GByte
• verify all fields/flags of a record
• visualise trend plots of tests
• detect inconsistencies (e.g. yield-hazards, masked tests)
Consistent Editing
With the aid of a CSV list specification all kinds of fields can be edited. As a unique feature, the Explorer automatically processes changes and adapts all records concerned, in this way providing completely consistent STDF files.
Checking
From a .csv-based set of rules, check for
• Mandatory Records (e.g., equal number of PIR and PRR records)
• perform Structural Checks (e.g., every PTR and MPR must have defined limits (high and low))
