The WatchDog
The optimiSE Watchdog is a tester-or server-based application to
• supervise the correct execution of test programmes
• notify the responsible of any deviation from a defined standard
• operate completely human-independent, driven only
by the test execution programme.

The optimiSE WatchDog gives the person responsible the possibility to follow and observe the actual tester activity while staying invisible and inaccessible for the operator.
It inspects current tested devices for differences to a defined reference sample:
• Limit change
• Unreferenced tests (tests which are not scheduled in the reference sample)
• Missing tests (tests which where not performed on the tested device).

Notification
E-Mail and/or local folder protocol notifications defined for:
• Tester inactivity
• Specified amount of events (e.g. after 10 devices differing from reference)
• Periodical compulsory notifications (e.g. daily at pre-set time).
Inactivity Monitoring
A tester controlling feature which notifies the test engineer
about excess idling times (e.g. tester failure, extra long
intervals between test of devices).

• Product and/or test programme changes are automatically
recognised
